Return Policy
Returns
Email us within 30 days at hello@rlylily.love with any issues and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.
If you do not email us prior to returning or shipping the item(s) to our warehouse, we will refuse the return package and have it shipped back to the customer at their expense.
SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges except for items damaged in transit.

Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are Non-Refundable.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Email hello@rlylily.love first before returning packages with the reason for the return, image of the item(s) you want to return and your order #.

Your order will be refunded once tracking status indicates "delivered".

You will be responsible for shipping costs for return.

A customer service representative will be keeping in touch with you through the returning process.

We care about your experience and if you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund or exchange your items depending on what you prefer.
*Product/s must be returned with its original packaging, with tags, and invoice, otherwise, a refund may not be issued.
Return Address will be given to you after your initial e-mail.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
All paintings, art prints, and other specialty crafted items.
>> If there is a deficiency in your product or it is damaged, we are not responsible after the shipment of product.
>> However, you will be able to receive online credits to accommodate damaged products.
>> E-mail damage proof at hello@rlylily.love with pictures of the product as you received it.
