  • Mad Paraluman

is a Filipino 1.5-generation immigrant, U.S. Navy veteran, and the founder of Rlylily™ and Rlylily Studios. She couldn’t find the story she needed, so she built it herself.

With a background in avionics and a growing pursuit of electrical engineering, MAD brings systems thinking to her healing work. She’s also a writer, graphic designer, and educator passionate about the intersections of mental health, storytelling, and cultural reclamation.

The Seed is her first published collaborative book — a self-produced, self-designed offering born from lived experience, trauma recovery, and a refusal to stay silent. It is Book I in the Rlylily Bloom Book Series, a collection devoted to reclaiming softness, structure, and self-worth.
